Team Solutions, LLC is a full service Construction Management Company. Team Solutions was founded in 2002 in response to the growing need for construction management services in both the public and private sectors. Team Solutions has experience in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

Owners and Developers have increasingly seen the value to this approach by way of cost savings, schedule adherence and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that their project is being guided and managed by professionals with the experience to meet their expectations.

Our clients are typically companies and organizations that do not have the expertise in-house or need to supplement existing staff to accomplish their goals. We pride ourselves on our ability to integrate and become a seamless member of our clients' organizations.

At Team Solutions, our fees are based on the Scope of Services provided and each client program is custom tailored to fit the client's needs.
